Terms of Service

ShiftFlow is a workforce scheduling and operations software platform developed and operated by SMD Medical Services LLC. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and SMD Medical Services LLC, the contracting legal entity that provides the ShiftFlow software service.

By accessing or using ShiftFlow, you agree to these terms. If you use ShiftFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

ShiftFlow is a subscription-based workforce scheduling and operations platform for physician groups and healthcare organizations. It helps teams manage provider schedules, shift coverage, availability, worked hours, payroll review, and administrative workflows.

ShiftFlow is software only. SMD Medical Services LLC does not provide medical care, medical advice, staffing services, or clinical services of any kind, and is not a healthcare provider. Customers are solely responsible for the clinical, employment, and regulatory decisions they make using the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for all activity under your organization's account. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access, roles, and facility assignments.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to the plan selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. AI credit packs are optional add-on purchases subject to the terms shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, interfere with the platform's operation, or use the service in violation of applicable law. SMD Medical Services LLC may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms.

ShiftFlow, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by SMD Medical Services LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data your organization enters into the platform.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMD Medical Services LLC disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on schedules, reports, or outputs generated by the platform.
