ShiftFlow is operated by SMD Medical Services LLC. SMD Medical Services LLC is the company responsible for this Privacy Policy and for the operation of the ShiftFlow platform. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to SMD Medical Services LLC.

ShiftFlow is a subscription-based workforce scheduling and operations platform for physician groups and healthcare organizations. It helps teams manage provider schedules, shift coverage, availability, worked hours, payroll review, and administrative workflows. ShiftFlow provides software; it does not provide medical care.

We process account information (such as name, email address, and role), organizational information (such as facilities, shift types, and schedules), and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform. Customers control the workforce data they enter into ShiftFlow.

We use information to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, deliver notifications, process billing, respond to support requests, and protect the platform against misuse. We do not sell personal information.

We use a limited number of third-party service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process information on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

We retain information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We apply administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and organization-level data isolation, to protect information.
